If it's a digital piano, keyboard or synth that sends MIDI over USB without needing drivers (class-compliant), it should. Acoustic pianos won't work: Keetchi reads MIDI, not sound. We'll publish a list of tested instruments. Synths with only 5-pin MIDI need a USB-MIDI interface.
No. It has no microphone and doesn't speak. It reads MIDI from your instrument and uses its screen for everything else.
Not in the lessons-and-grades sense. It's more like a coach who has heard everything you play: a new trick for a song you've mastered, an easy piece if you're starting out, ideas while you improvise.

Yes. The PC port passes MIDI (notes, velocity, pedal, controllers) through to your computer. Audio and some manufacturer-specific features won't pass through.
The coach uses AI in the cloud, so it connects over your Wi-Fi. Chord names, recording and the creature work on the device itself.
